Cinnamon curd buns

If we talk about these gingerbread cookies, I would say that these are not curd gingerbread, but spicy cookies in an oriental style. And what else to cook in the fall if not spicy teas and pastries.

Why else did I decide that these cookies should be here … a couple of days ago a friend came to visit me, it was a foggy, cloudy autumn day, but we still decided that we should take a walk and breathe, though humid, but still warm air. By tradition, we went to my favorite coffee shop for a glass of traditional latte, but the barista (an uncle who has known me for several days, I am a regular customer) says: why coffee ??? Today is such a tea day. Look at the fog, they drink teas on such a day. Moreover, we have a new menu. We agreed. We chose tea with ginger, orange and I don’t know what yet, because my uncle doesn’t cook, but creates. And for tea, he, as a regular customer, treated us to craft cookies from Istanbul. The cookies were soft, airy, spicy, with a crisp aroma of cinnamon, ginger, tea rose cardamom and pink pepper. They were awesome.
When I baked these cookies, although they had a different shape and texture, they very much reminded me of those Istanbul cookies. Therefore, I decided that they should be on the blog, although they did not really like the main taster.
