Congratulations on your engagement! We would love to help with the creation of your dream cake for your big day!
The design process begins with scheduling a tasting consultation. Tastings can be scheduled Tuesday – Saturday between 10am and 4pm and typically last an hour and are scheduled every hour. You’ll get to try three different types of cakes and fillings of your choice, as well as our Italian Meringue Butter cream frosting. All items are served separately on a platter and our tables are set for 2-4 people. We will also get to discuss design solutions and go over the details and procedures of creating your wedding cake.
A $35 fee for the tasting will be charged on the day of the tasting with the exception of our preferred hotel clients. This fee will be deducted from the final price of your wedding cake, should you choose to book with us. A valid credit card number is needed to hold your tasting appointment. We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a tasting. We reserve one hour for all tastings. As a courtesy to our customers, we may ask you to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.
