Refund Policy
Alliance Bakery does not offer refunds for custom cake orders. Alliance Bakery and its management reserve the right to offer any compensation or refund for any order, be it custom design or storefront purchase. Due to food regulations we cannot accept any product for return.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or modifications to any order must be made 3 business days prior to the receiving or shipping date of the order. Upon cancellation the customer is entitled to their refund minus any charges incured due to artwork, materials, or research.

Make Your Own Cake
Use the following form to order or inquire about a cake. To fulfill an order, please note that we will need at least 72 hours notice for simple and/or store cakes, and for more complex cakes(3D, cut-outs, etc) we would need at least 5-7 days in advance. After you place the order we will contact you to confirm and finalize your cake along with price including any delivery fee or sales tax. We will need at least a 50% deposit made to all orders over $100 to process and finalize your order and for orders under $100 we will need payment in full. All delivery based orders will need payment in full regardless of the amount.
Please Note: All cakes are three layers of cake and two layers of fillings. Sheet cakes are two layers of cake and one filling.
